Customer Contact Advisor – Join Our Team Ready for a role where you can make a real difference every day? We’re looking for friendly, motivated Customer Contact Advisors to join our Eastleigh team. No contact centre experience? No problem. If you enjoy helping people and bring the right attitude, we’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed. You’ll be a great fit if you: Love helping customers and go the extra mile Enjoy a challenge and take pride in great work Solve problems and find the right solution Work well with others and enjoy being part of a team Adapt well to change and look for ways to improve how we work Feel confident using computers and learning new systems Stay calm under pressure and handle tough situations well You’ll be at the heart of our customer service team, supporting customers by phone, webchat, and email in a fast-paced environment with empathy, confidence, and a calm approach. Every conversation matters, and in this role you’ll help create a positive experience for our customers while being part of a supportive, professional team. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a late finish until 7:00pm on Thursdays shared on a rota basis.
