Area Sales Manager – Boilers & Heat Pumps – One-Off Installers & Plumbing & Heating Merchants
Territory: CB, IP, SG, MK
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer of boilers and heat pumps, managing a well-established territory covering CB, IP, SG and MK.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving demand and increasing market share by developing strong relationships with one-off installers and plumbing and heating merchants across the region.
As Area Sales Manager you will focus on building installer demand for boilers and heat pumps, while also increasing product visibility, stock profile and sales through plumbing and heating merchants.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving demand for boilers and heat pumps with one-off installers across the territory
* Developing strong working relationships with key plumbing and heating merchants
* Supporting plumbing and heating merchants with product training and installer engagement
* Conducting joint visits with merchants to target and win new one-off installers
* Delivering product training and support around boilers and heat pumps
* Managing a structured call plan as the Area Sales Manager across CB, IP, SG and MK
* Identifying new opportunities to increase sales with one-off installers and merchant partners
* Positioning yourself as the go-to Area Sales Manager for boilers and heat pumps across the territory

The Candidate
* The ideal Area Sales Manager will have a stable and proven track record working for a manufacturer within the plumbing and heating sector.
* You must have experience selling boilers or heat pumps into one-off installers and plumbing and heating merchants, and understand how to drive demand through both channels.
* Have a stable career history working for a manufacturer in the plumbing and heating market
* Have experience selling boilers or heat pumps to one-off installers and plumbing and heating merchants
* Be confident building long-term relationships with one-off installers
* Understand how to work closely with plumbing and heating merchants to grow sales
* Be organised, commercially focused and capable of managing a structured territory as an Area Sales Manager
The Package
* Basic Salary up to £60,000
* 20% OTE
* Hybrid Company Car
* 7% Company Pension Contribution
