Our Inside Sales team is looking for a motivated and communicative person to join us as an Inside Sales Partner. In this role, you will support customers throughout the sales process, provide technical guidance, and help drive customer satisfaction.

This position offers a hybrid work model, combining work from our office and your home office.

About the job:

1. Provide support to customers and sales team, address product issues and errors, identify solutions and recommends action to ensure customer satisfaction

2. Manage pricing and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market conditions

3. Use technical knowledge to help customers choosing right products for their applications

4. Handle the full inside sales process - from proposal to close

5. Collaborate with colleagues across global teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

About you:

6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or other field

7. At least 2 years of customer service experience in B2B, preferably in electronics, automotive, or manufacturing

8. Technical background or product knowledge from previous experience

9. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

10. Proactive team player with strong attention to detail

11. Strong sense of ownership and accountability

12. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help
