HGV Class 2 Driver – Harlow

We are seeking a flexible driver who can work when required. Rotas are issued one month in advance, with 5 shifts guaranteed per week.

3. Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient goods
4. Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift (typical shifts 9–13 hours)

6. Full training provided, including use of an electric pallet truck

The Role
You’ll be delivering goods to convenience stores using a Class 2 (Rigid) vehicle, following planned routes and maintaining high standards of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities
8. Safely and professionally operate a Class 2 vehicle
9. Complete 6–8 multi-drop deliveries per shift
10. Carry out daily vehicle checks
11. Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
12. Adhere to all transport and road safety regulations
13. Provide excellent customer service at every stop
Requirements
14. Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
15. Valid CPC qualification & Digital Tachograph Card
16. Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
17. Maximum 6 penalty points (no DRs, CD10s, IN10s)
18. Strong communication and time management skills
19. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
20. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
