We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent mixed dental practice in central Sheffield for an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a replacement position taking over a stable, existing patient list, offering an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking a well-supported mixed role with scope to develop private dentistry. The practice is ideally located in Sheffield city centre, just 50 metres from a tram stop, making it easily accessible. The practice Independent, owner-led mixed practice Established and stable team of 9 3 surgeries, including a newly equipped surgery 75% NHS / 25% private New patients seen privately on a fee-per-item basis Hygiene/Therapist support available 1.5 days per week Strong nursing support, including a longstanding nurse with 25 years’ experience Modern equipment including an iTero scanner Potential for future CT/CBCT investment Supportive principal on site daily with clinical experience in implants and Invisalign The role 2-5 days per week available UDA target negotiable Predominantly general dentistry Opportunity to grow private income alongside an established patient base Working hours: 09:00-17:00 Package Up to £16 per UDA, depending on experience 40-45% private split Stable inherited list Supportive, experienced clinical environment Candidate requirements GDC registered Dentist NHS performer number preferred Reliable, patient-focused and professional Confident communicator Comfortable providing high-quality general dentistry This position is well suited to an Associate Dentist looking for a long-term opportunity in a supportive independent practice with an established list and potential to increase private work.
