Job Summary
Abbotswood Court is a 60‑bed residential care home located in Romsey, near Southampton. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable carers to support our residential and dementia residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Support residents in daily living activities and care tasks
* Promote choice, individuality and independence for all residents
* Work as part of a close‑knit team, supporting each other
* Participate in training and development opportunities
Qualifications
* Physically and medically able to carry out duties and responsibilities.
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, or willingness to attend if not.
* Team player, self‑motivated, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
* Ability to organise priorities and work under pressure.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation
£13.05 per hour, full‑time 48 hours per week on day shifts, plus company benefits.
