Key responsibilities: Lead the design, planning, and delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with standards Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and construction documentation Manage project teams, coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Conduct site visits, inspections, and feasibility assessments Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client meetings Qualifications & experience needed: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field Chartered Engineer status (IEng) or working towards preferred Proven background in civil engineering design and project management including combining drainage, external works and highways elements Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure design, geotechnical, drainage, transportation, or related disciplines Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar tools Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Share a CV for an immediate call and interview.
