The role of Development Manager will include:
1. Supporting the efficient procurement, delivery, and management of building remediation projects under the guidance of the Senior Development Manager
2. Assisting in the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective remediation works within agreed capital expenditure budgets, ensuring timely completion through effective financial monitoring and reporting
3. Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and strategic partners to support successful project outcomes
4. Ensuring that development activities comply with relevant legislation, best practice standards, and financial performance criteria
Skills and experiences:
5. Up to date working knowledge of development project management with previous experience in a similar role
6. Proven experience of people management and support of their personal development
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and develop productive and effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders
8. Educated to degree level or equivalent substantive experience
9. Experience and knowledge of project management and cost control
10. Proficient user of MS Office suite applications essential
11. Excellent team working skills
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

25. Role salary is £57,852 (rising to £60,897 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
