Starting in September 2025, this is a permanent, full-time role supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, helping children manage their emotions, and creating a safe and positive school environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needsLead on behaviour strategies and support plans across the schoolWork closely with class teachers, the SENCO, senior leaders and parents/carersMonitor and track pupil progress, behaviour incidents, and interventionsSupport the development of whole-school behaviour policies and restorative practicesBe a visible, calming presence across the school dayRequirements:Level 3 qualification in a relevant area (e. g.
