The Role:

The Enrolment Coordinator works closely with the Academic Registrar and Associate Registrar supporting the co-ordination of Enrolments and Cancellations. You will be familiar with the Higher Education sector and preferably, an understanding of the student academic journey / student support or student administration function.

You will handle complex data sets from multiple sources, bringing information together at Partner, course, and campus level.

Main Responsibilities

What the role involves:

Providing help and continuous support/assistance to the Associate Registrar and the wider Registry function.

Managing complex database information and helping to analyse enrolment and attendance data.

Manage administrative tasks including data checking and validation activities, creating database reports, interrogating data to build a story and translating this into written reports and visual illustrations.

Working closely with colleagues across all functions such as Deans, Associate Deans, Level Leaders, Academic Services Managers and Student Success Tutors.

Become well versed in the specific enrolment requirements of our courses and Partners, applying your knowledge and imparting this to others.

Training staff as needed in activities, such as running reports and compiling large complex datasets.


Requirements

About you:

Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication.

Strong administrative experience, preferably within Higher or Further Education.

Excellent IT Skills, including experience in Microsoft Office suit (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong sense of service delivery and customer/student focused approach.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

The post holder must be flexible, approachable, and helpful with a strong customer service ethic.

The post holder will use initiative and judgement to resolve matters.

Ability to handle sensitive and personal information with tact and confidentiality.

Willingness to travel or work evenings or weekends on occasions where required.

* Experience with complex databases and / or a Customer Relationship Management system.
