Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.
Responsibilities
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure that cleaning staff follow task schedules and correct Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and use materials appropriately.
* Order stocks as necessary.
* Deal with any issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory experience.
* Previous cleaning experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule on own initiative.
