* Maintain accurate records of medication dispensed, including inventory management and stock control.
* Compliance:Adhering to health and safety requirements, company policies, and procedures, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering advice on over-the-counter medications.
* Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the pharmacy workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Professionalism:Working within the limits of one's knowledge and referring appropriate queries to the pharmacist.
Skills
* Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with pharmacy operations.
* Proficient in medication administration, with a keen understanding of various pharmaceutical products.
* Strong commitment to patient care, showcasing empathy and effective communication skills.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for managing prescriptions accurately.
