Role Overview
Our client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Team Assistant to provide administrative support across their dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the real estate development industry whilst allowing you to continue to make a real contribution to the company. You will also support the Graphic Designer bringing a keen design eye, assisting with content creation, and helping manage social media platforms to ensure campaigns and project visuals are engaging and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
* Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations related to ongoing projects.
* Collaborating with the Graphic Designer to support content creation and assist with the execution of projects and marketing campaigns
* Maintain office supplies, organise stock, and handle orders as required.
* Support team members with ad hoc tasks and projects, particularly in relation to real estate developments.
* Welcome visitors and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
* Uphold office standards, organisation, and cleanliness.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
Desirable:
* Previous experience in an office, administration, or customer service role.
* Interest or background in real estate development or construction.
* Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
* Strong creative sense and enthusiasm for social media content creation.
