This role requires cross-functional fluency, with a strong financial understanding of development, operations, marketing, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of commercial leadership and ownership of reporting frameworks that enable fast-paced decision-making. Experience in a private equity-backed environment and comfort operating at Board level, including with investment directors and other stakeholders, is essential.
