We are seeking a talented Senior Health & Protection Consultant to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our Manchester office and is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service.
* Ensure revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate.
* Manage and develop strong client relationships, win new business, and work pro‑actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed account plans.
What you need to have
* In-depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge.
* Financial and commercial acumen, including fee negotiation skills.
* Consulting and relationship management skills.
* Technical, product and process knowledge.
* Inter‑personal, communication and time‑management skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
