Job Description
What the role is all about…
As a Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering voice and Mobile Broadband connections to Three`s new and existing business customers in line with company targets and KPIs.
This is a target orientated role dealing with inbound calls from potential Three UK customers, acting as key point of contact for existing business customer base for additional sell up and retention opportunities.
You will create and maintain communication between Three UK and its key business accounts, with the aim of not only selling but also retaining the existing business base by adding value and revenue to our core business.
This is a Hybrid working opportunity working both from Home and our Glasgow Offices.
What you’ll be doing…
1. Provide a first class sales experience for all existing Three business customers
2. Maximise and convert potential opportunities to sales to generate revenue to the business.
3. Save and retain our existing business customers.
4. Outbound calls to potential Three customers and existing business customers making them aware of the latest products and services
5. Deliver and maintain outstanding departmental quality standards to ensure first class level of service delivery, irrespective of medium
6. Deal with general enquiries regarding services offered, pricing information and handset specification
7. Ensure all customer communication is recorded within the respective records and all calls dealt with in a professional manner
8. Make an effective contribution to our communication strategy by consistently providing constructive feedback and making our environment a great place to work
9. Ensure that departmental quality guidelines are adhered to, including the Data Protection Act and Contract terms and conditions
10. Adhere to company process and procedures such as attendance, internet and email policy
11. Be fully aware of competitor activity and feedback through line management
12. Produce regular reports to management on your account development strategy, including your pipeline

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
