About the Role: Provide 1:1 support to students with a range of additional needs within the classroom. Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment tailored to each learner’s unique needs. Work alongside class teachers to adapt lesson plans, prepare resources, and offer hands-on support. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity beginning in September 2025, with flexibility for other roles in the future. About You: To thrive in this role, you’ll need to: Have strong communication skills and a flexible, patient attitude. Bring previous experience supporting learners in an SEND environment. Be enthusiastic about making a positive impact in young people’s lives Be able to provide relevant references and complete an enhanced DBS check. *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
