We are working with a high-growth, insight-led organisation who are growing their communications function. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal communications leadership role, driving visibility, influence, and brand credibility across a world-class network.
The Senior Communications Manager will act as a strategic right hand to the Head of Communications, owning critical programmes end-to-end while delivering exceptional written content that drives engagement and commercial impact.
Role Highlights
– Lead and scale a flagship podcast, from guest strategy to performance analysis
– Build thought leadership profiles for senior stakeholders across LinkedIn
– Create high-impact content including research summaries, sales materials, and case studies
– Translate complex insights into compelling, accessible narratives across formats
– Shape internal communications and strengthen employer brand positioning
You Will Need
– 5+ years in communications, content marketing, or similar roles
– Exceptional writing skills with a portfolio across multiple formats
– Podcast production and management experience
– Proven experience managing agencies and senior stakeholders
– Highly organised, proactive, and confident working autonomously
