Bank Support Worker - Enablement New Forest
Positions available across: Hythe, Totton, Lymington, New Milton, Ringwood, Fordingbridge and surrounding areas
Rate of Pay: £13.83 per hour (Mon - Fri) to £17.29 per hour (Sat & Sun)
Mileage paid at 45p for the first 10,000 miles, and then at 25p per mile after 10,000 miles as per HMRC guidelines
Essential Criteria:
The ideal Support Worker will:
* Car Driver with access to a vehicle for work, business insurance and be prepared to travel to work across Hampshire when required.
* Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays according to the needs of those we work with.
* Experience of working with vulnerable people
* Understand and promoting independence
* Understand the needs of vulnerable people/people with a learning disability
* Good communication skills: verbal, non verbal, and written
