We are currently seeking a qualified Teacher of Science to join a well-regarded secondary school in Canterbury from September 2025. This role will begin on a long-term temporary basis as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach KS3 and KS4 Science, delivering a curriculum that is both exciting and engaging, while supporting students' academic development. This school will consider Early Careers Teachers as well as experienced cover supervisors or graduate instructors with a Science specialism.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialist in science
2. Proven ability to teach mixed-ability classes at KS3 and KS4
3. An innovative and engaging teaching style
4. A willingness to embrace new technologies and teaching methods
