We're looking for an Energy & Carbon Performance Manager to join us – someone who wants their work to have real impact and help shape a greener, fairer future. In this role, you'll influence strategic decision-making, improve the energy efficiency performance of thousands of homes, and use data, modelling and insight to guide major investment programmes. Your work will span: Collecting, interpreting and modelling energy data Monitoring and reporting performance Understanding the energy efficiency of our housing stock Helping shape and maintain MTVH's net zero targets and pathway With experience in data management and a strong understanding of domestic energy efficiency, you're comfortable turning complex datasets into clear insights. You think strategically, approach problem-solving creatively, and enjoy finding practical, innovative solutions to data and modelling challenges.
