Job Purpose
To assist in the preparation, set up and service of Hotel. Ensuring you provide a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving the standard and quality of service.
Key responsibilities
* Clean and service all public areas of the hotel including hovering of stair ways.
* Clean public and colleague toilets.
* Clean and service of bedrooms.
* Count and log all soiled linen including restaurant and kitchen linen.
* Assist in any ironing requirements.
* Ensure the areas of responsibility are kept presentable and tidy in accordance to company policy.
* Ensure the areas you are responsible are adequately stocked.
* To be polite, helpful and maintain a positive attitude of communication to Guests, Residents, and Colleagues at all times.
* To attend any departmental and training meetings as required.
* To be dressed in a smart and professional manner.
* To comply with all health and safety legislation.

* To understand how the Hotel's health and safety policy affects your department and how it links in with the rest of the Hotel.
* To be a valued member of your Hotel team, helping and advising colleagues where required, promoting the image of the Hotel and that of the Company at all times through active sales activity and a positive approach.
* To undertake any other reasonable duty as requested from the management team or your Head of Department
