Regional Field Lead – Brand Activations & People Development
Salary: £26,480 – £29,000 FTE (pro-rata £10,592 – £11,600 for 14hrs/week) + bonus + expenses, 34p per mile
Location: Cambridge, Luton, Norwich, Colchester & surrounding areas
Working: 14 hours per week across 2 days (Friday – Sunday)

Your Impact
* Coach for Excellence: Move beyond "supervision" to active mentorship. You’ll be responsible for the professional growth and performance of our field teams.
* Drive Store Partnerships: Act as the face of the brand for Store Managers, navigating challenges and ensuring "Gold Standard" activation placement.
* Quality Assurance: Use your eye for detail to audit brand presence, ensuring every consumer interaction is premium.
* Performance Analytics: Instill a data‑driven culture where KPIs aren't just met—they are exceeded.
Who You Are
* Experienced Mentor: You have a proven track record of managing teams in the field (Retail, Hospitality, or Field Marketing).
* Mentorship Skills: Experience in training, developing, and getting the best out of a team.
* The "Can-Do" Spirit: An enthusiastic mindset that sees opportunities where others see challenges.
* Reliability: The ability to manage a flexible 14-hour week, primarily across the busy weekend period.
Ideal (but not essential)
* Experience in sampling, brand activation, or promotional roles.
* Background in FMCG, retail, or experiential marketing.
