Profile
Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing leadership role
Strong track record of delivering and scaling growth
Experience within the energy, utilities, renewables, or related B2B and B2C sectors preferred
Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when required
