Develop and execute the company's strategy in line with overall business objectives

Lead, mentor, and performance-manage the team to achieve and exceed targets

Identify new opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships

Drive key relationships

Work closely with operations, and senior leadership to align commercial activity

Implement and refine processes, CRM usage, and performance metrics

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, strategies to ensure continuous company success

Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent as the business grows


Profile

Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing leadership role

Strong track record of delivering and scaling growth

Experience within the energy, utilities, renewables, or related B2B and B2C sectors preferred

Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Commercially astute

Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when required
