Job Description
Reed Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Middlewich who are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Year 3 Teacher to join their team from April until the end of the summer term. This is a full-time classroom teaching position, ideal for a teacher with some experience looking to step into a rewarding role within a friendly school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to a Year 3 class, following the school’s curriculum plans.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies.
* Work collaboratively with the KS2 team and wider school staff.
* Maintain strong communication with parents and carers when required.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including attending staff meetings and supporting school events.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting—KS2 or Year 3 experience highly desirable.
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
* A proactive, flexible and committed approach to teaching.
* Someone who can quickly integrate into a new team and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
