Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Qualification: Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential

Your Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
* Meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
* Assist in managing medication administration and care plans for children with health conditions.
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's development stage.
* Communicate effectively to promote respect and credibility in your role.
* Inspire the staff team with creative ideas and challenges to achieve outstanding practice.
* Maintain accurate records and accounts related to children and staff.
* Undertake additional duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
*Duties and responsibilities may evolve as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
* Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification.
* Essential: Leadership experience.
* Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
* Essential: Sound knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and regulatory requirements.
* Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in a management position.
* Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
* Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection to good or outstanding.
