Your Role: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role on site initially with 2 of our clients, organise worker schedules, coordinate intakes, conducting inductions, and sourcing and engaging top talent across a variety of sectors. Working closely with our Account Manager, you’ll help identify, attract and qualify candidates, while providing an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms Sourcing and screening CVs using job boards and LinkedIn Conducting telephone interviews and qualifying candidates Managing candidate records and databases (ATS usage) Liaising with your Account Manager and clients to understand role requirements Coordinating interviews and gathering feedback Supporting candidate onboarding and compliance checks Scheduling shifts on behalf of the client Providing onsite management presence for active workers and clients. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a Aviation Recruitment or Administrative role (agency or in-house) is preferred but not essential Operational management experience (Desirable) Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent organisational and time management skills Driven, self-motivated and resilient Able to thrive in a busy, target-driven environment Competent in using Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems
