We are looking for a Senior Clinical Team administrator to join the Secure Services Central Administration Team at Northside House. The team is part of Secure Services, providing inpatient and community-based care for our service user group.
The successful candidate will support the Central Administration Team with daily administrative tasks, including managing the Secure Services cash office, processing incoming referrals, and handling auditing and data related to KPI reporting. They will collaborate with other administrators within Secure Services and contribute to refining and improving the service.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced in administrative roles, and preferably knowledgeable about healthcare and the NHS.
The post involves managing the workload of the Secure Services Central Administration team, including administration of referrals, cash office duties, and other daily administrative processes that support the service.
Line management responsibilities for other administrators within the team will be part of the role, under the supervision of the Administration Manager.
