Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
* Taking customer order details and passing them to the sales team
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining records
* Processing and issuing invoices
* Assisting with tendering administration – collating specifications and preparing quotations
* Supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc administrative duties

Monday - Thursday 8-5, early finish on a Friday
