Within Children’s Services Business Support Team the following position has arisen: 37 hours - Temporary full time Clerical Assistant position in the EAT Business Support Team (Enquiry & Assessment Team). The EAT Team are currently based at Ty Elai, Dinas Isaf Industrial Estate, Williamstown, Tonypandy CF40 1NY. In line with current working arrangements the successful applicant will be working from home with some office-based cover to ensure appropriate support is provided to Social Work staff to ensure business continuity. As a member of this generic business support team part of your role will be to ensure that all information is processed in line with current guidance. The EAT Team complete Initial assessments and identify any ongoing support needs for families. Experience in providing administrative support within a busy office environment would be an advantage. Candidate’s will be expected to be IT literate, have excellent communication skills and pay attention to detail ensuring data is entered accurately.
