Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for spraying, including masking and sanding. Apply paint manually using spray guns to a variety of metal or plastic components. Ensure high-quality finish and consistency across all sprayed items. Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness. Follow health & safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements: Previous experience in manual paint spraying is essential. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
