The ICS Regulatory Compliance Strategy & Operations team, within the ICS Risk & Control team, is looking for a B30 Project Analyst focused on ensuring our customer journey is compliant with existing and new AML/KYC regulatory requirements and on continuing to strengthen our Governance Framework. Reporting to the Manager - Regulatory Compliance Strategy & Operations, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support / complete pre-discovery of AML Requirement to confirm HL Tech / procedural changes required to support the definition of scope in preparation for technical development Execute on prioritised delivery plans – capability & procedural, including RCMs, in partnership with Product, Business & Compliance teams Support the Smart Monitoring KRI development working with the Smart Monitoring team, Compliance, GSG Operations and Business to review and map processes as required, identifying areas for improvement, influencing and championing change initiatives to enhance controls Support internal and external audits and 2nd line testing, sharing existing gaps and control governance, investigating potential gaps through partnering with cross functional teams, undertaking root cause analysis and resolving issues, as appropriate Minimum Qualifications: Must have strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience of technical change management, including Agile Self-motivated, business and customer focused with excellent relationship skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to deliver results without direct authority Knowledge of AML preferred, but not mandatory
