The candidate should identify and deliver improvements to enhance plant operating efficiency / throughput and reduce costs through problem solving and innovation. Hands on fault finding and problem solving with plant equipment.Facilitation of small projects to progress efficiencies, product performance and reduce costs.Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements.Prepare process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and SOPs.Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams.
