Executive Administrator/PA | Hybrid (Glasgow) | £25k - 28k DOE
Do you have experience in an Executive Administrator or Personal Assistant role? Are you ready to elevate your career and eager to move beyond traditional support tasks? This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals with supporting C-Suite Executives and is now ready to take on broader responsibilities, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, and administration of decision-making processes.
As the Executive Administrator, you’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant and C-suite Leadership Team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office and the effective management of all administrative tasks.
Key tasks will involve: managing schedules, booking travel and preparing travel itineraries, handling communications, identifying improvements in office procedures, and providing effective administration to support our corporate governance framework.
Previous Executive Administrator experience (C Suite level ideal but not essential)
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
