You will liaise directly with our carers, nurses and clients to organise shift cover and manage their rotas. You will be responsible for Chasing rotas a month in advance Amending last minute cover and changes Building and developing lasting relationships with clients and our employees Communicating clearly and respectfully to all clients and employees Requirements You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
