* A 2:1 degree or above in Geography or a related subject
* A Levels (or equivalent qualifications) with passes achieved
* GCSE English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
* Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for Geography and education
* The ability to engage and inspire young people
* The ambition to become an outstanding Geography teacher
