What you’ll be doing

* Put residents front and centre in everything we do championing a customer-first mindset across all our neighbourhoods.

* Really get to know what matters to our residents stay one step ahead by spotting issues early and finding smart solutions.

* Be our go-to person at key events like MARAC meetings and case conferences showing up with confidence, care, and commitment.

* Lead the way on crime prevention from setting up neighbourhood watch groups to teaming up with local police and running safety campaigns.

* Shake things up! Bring new ideas, challenge the usual way of doing things, and help us find better ways to make a difference.



What we’re looking for:

* You know your stuff when it comes to keeping communities safe from crime prevention to the latest laws that help protect our residents and neighbourhoods.

* You’ve got real-world experience using Landlord and Tenant law, and you always aim to do things the right way.

* You’ve spent a couple of years in a customer-facing role and know how to handle all sorts of situations.

* You’re confident managing ASB cases from start to finish supporting victims, taking action when needed, and making sure the community feels safe and heard.

Disclosure and Barring Service:

This role of requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check. A basic DBS check will show any unspent convictions.

So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.

Having unspent convictions will not necessarily preclude you from being recruited into the role; if you are potentially the successful candidate, we will complete a risk assessment with you to understand the circumstances around your conviction, how relevant they are to the post you have applied for and what remedial action, if any, have you have taken since your conviction. Suitable references will also need to be obtained prior to commencement of employment.
