Role Summary
The Display Coordinator works to set the highest standard possible for display and visual excellence, creating an environment that is creative, dynamic, and entertaining for our customers. The role involves curating a compelling environment for each store through display across multiple locations, enhancing the store’s specific scenario and positively impacting the customer experience. Responsibilities include managing a seasonal budget to ensure displays are cost‑effective and collaborating with Visual Coordinators/Managers and Store Managers for project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Interpret company direction and updates to create artistic, visionary and unique displays that positively impact sales, ensuring excellent craftsmanship throughout all windows and in‑store displays.
* Use all display materials efficiently, including recycled adaptations, and keep work areas and the display room organized and safe for customers and employees.
* Manage project display budgets and coding payments.
* Communicate display plans through visual presentations to store and district teams, collaborating with Visual Coordinators, Managers, and Store Managers to deliver projects on time.
* Promote the Anthro philosophy of "peers teaching peers" by sharing skills, achievements, and knowledge of contemporary art, music, and culture, mentoring retail teams on visual expectations, operational standards, and material/tool management.
* Support sales generation by creating an environment that showcases products and reflects customer lifestyles, planning customer flow with the Store Manager and Visual Coordinators, and helping the store reach sales targets.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in art and design.
* Strong artistic background with proficiency in multiple 2D and 3D mediums, and a desire to learn more.
* Ability to develop creative ideas into workable solutions.
* Completed professional portfolio (if applicable).
* Excellent communication skills at all levels and strong organizational skills.
* Carpentry skills a plus.
* Experience working on a large scale a plus.
* Comfortable using power tools.
