They need a Biddable Media Specialist who thrives on being the smartest person in the room when it comes to Google Ads and Meta performance. Someone who works WITH agencies as their internal expert, not someone who accepts what they're told without question.
Here's what makes this different from every other "performance marketing" role you've seen:
You'll have real influence. No layers of approval. If you spot an opportunity or problem, you drive the solution. The CEO listens. Changes happen fast.
You'll work across multiple premium brands with substantial budgets (think £ 30,000 per month per brand, just on Meta). Cross-pollinate what works. Apply learnings from Austria to Prague to London.
You'll use cutting-edge tech that most marketers only dream about. Advanced personalisation, A/B testing capabilities, and CRO tools that "blow minds" (their words, not ours).
You'll build something. This isn't optimising existing campaigns. You're helping shape how a rapidly scaling European company approaches digital growth.
What you need to bring:
* 5+ years managing significant PPC & Paid Social budgets (agency or in-house working with ecommerce/DTC brands)
* That investigative mindset we mentioned (seriously, this matters more than anything)
* Experience working across multiple markets/brands
* Happy being hands-on with data while driving strategy
* Comfortable influencing agencies and stakeholders
