Central Service Administrator – Trafford Park
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and versatile administrator to join a busy Aftermarket/Service team based in Trafford Park. This role offers a varied workload and the chance to support multiple sites across the group.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:

Provide central administrative support for service and contract operations.
*
Raise invoices, manage Work in Progress (WIP), and maintain records.
*
Assist with timesheets, wages reports, customer cost sheets, and data reporting.
*
Support warranty and VCM administration as required.
*
Provide cover for colleagues during holidays/absences.
*
Flexible approach to month-end work, occasional weekend/bank holiday cover, and ability to work at other sites.
Skills & Experience:
*
Previous experience in an administrative role (experience in commercial vehicles advantageous).
*
Highly organized, confident, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Excellent communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
*
Flexible and adaptable, able to manage varying workloads.
*
Full, valid UK driving licence.
