Salary: £33,594 - £50,589. Hours: 35 per week.

The campus comprises a main teaching block (Malala Building), a state‑of‑the‑art sports complex (Eric Liddell Sports Building) and an impressive music and drama suite (Muriel Spark Building) with further teaching accommodation in Brunstfield House and the newly refurbished annexe (Darroch) at Gillespie Street. Staff will regularly travel between the two sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Psychology to students in accordance with the Curriculum for England and the school’s teaching plan.
* Contribute to department and whole‑school activities, drawing on previous experience in similar posts.
* Engage with students, colleagues and parents to support learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
* ESFA Accredited independent teaching qualification (or equivalent).
* Recruiter will be expected to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.
* If you have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more abroad in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
* An unconditional offer will be given on the basis that all pre‑employment checks are found satisfactory.
