Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Device Refresh Technician to support a large-scale IT hardware refresh project. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager to ensure the smooth execution of device migrations, user support, and inventory management. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a methodical approach, and experience in IT hardware handling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clinic Setup:Prepare and set up the Refresh Clinic area as per project requirements.
2. Device Handling & Logistics:
3. Transport devices between on site storage and the Refresh Clinic.
4. Collect old devices from users and issue new ones according to the migration schedule.
5. Ensure accurate handover and collection of devices in line with project processes.
6. System Access & Device Refresh:
7. Log into systems using contractor-provided devices under supervision.
8. Perform laptop refresh tasks as instructed.
