Client Support Administrator Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced administrator with a background in Financial Services? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established financial planning team in a key support role. You'll work closely with Financial Advisers, helping to deliver an exceptional service to clients while developing your own professional skills and knowledge. The Role As a Client Support Administrator, you'll play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the client journey. From preparing financial reports and assisting with meetings, to liaising with providers and managing administrative workflows - your contribution will directly support high-quality financial planning. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and their clients. Generate financial reports and documentation using various analytical tools. Schedule and support client meetings, including follow-ups such as fund switches or withdrawals. Act as a key point of contact for your assigned clients, ensuring excellent service. Liaise with financial providers and third parties to gather client information. Assist with internal projects and demonstrate a commitment to personal development.
