In 2024 Cheshire Mouldings merged with Hawthorn Timber to form the Summit Timber Group with a combined annual turnover in excess of £80m. Requirements 1 years work experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people. Proficient with using tools required for this position. Physically agile and dexterous. You'll be working with timber which can mean moving and stacking up to 20KG of product. You'll be picking and packing orders on a daily basis that come in from our extensive client portfolio, taking note of inventory and reporting any shortages to management. You'll ensure all items are correctly labelled with the shipping information, placed on to pallets and secured with stretch wrap, shrink wrap and strapping. To ensure full compliance with safety regulations, work areas are to be kept clean, neat and well-organized - you'll undergo a thorough onboarding induction process to give you all the necessary guidance on site standards. Benefits Full-time, Permanent Salary up to £26,984 per year on full time hours. 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
