Key Requirements:
Experience
* Minimum 15+ years of experience in ERP implementations with strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
* 5+ full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations (end-to-end)
* Experience leading large-scale, global, multi-legal entity deployments
* Strong consulting background with client-facing leadership experience
Certifications (Preferred)
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant
* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
* Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305 preferred)
