Job Description
Administrator - Metering Services
Location: Hybrid (Agile Home Working policy after training)
Type: Full-time
Initial 18 Month Contract
An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic administration team supporting a wide range of metering activities, including installations, maintenance, customer requests, and project work.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide admin support to Metering and Support teams
* Handle customer and electricity supplier requests (e.g. appointments, tariff changes, meter relocations)
* Manage internal databases and update spreadsheets
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
* Support call handling and respond to customer enquiries
* Assist with both small and large-scale projects
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 4 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English & Maths, or 2+ years of relevant admin experience
* Strong IT skills (MS Office)
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable
* Experience in a busy office environment
* Customer service or front-facing communication experience
