Are you an experienced Contract Packer with a keen eye for detail? Join our team for a client based in Market Harborough and play a crucial role in packing and preparing products for shipment in a precise and efficient manner.
The hours of work for this role are 7.30am - 3.30pm or 8.30- 4.30pm Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS
Responsibilities
* Pack and prepare products for shipment with precision and efficiency
* Ensure adherence to company packing standards and instructions
* Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
Qualifications
* Previous experience in packing or warehouse environment preferred
* Ability to follow specific packing instructions and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
* Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
* Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
* Capability to lift and move heavy items, as required
Day-to-day
* Receive packing instructions and gather necessary materials
* Pack and arrange products in designated containers or packaging
* Label, seal, and stack packed items for shipment
* Communicate any issues or discrepancies with the packing process
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work flow
