About the Role
As a Commercial Director, you'll lead a team of Account Executives/Development Executives (up to 8 people), providing strategic guidance and coaching to improve client retention, cross-sales, and new business acquisition. Your leadership will directly contribute to achieving branch and regional financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strong, effective leadership to your team, ensuring they meet performance targets.
2. Review market trends, identify opportunities, and guide the team with clear insights and direction.
3. Collaborate with the Branch Director to implement strategic initiatives.
4. Support the team in delivering exceptional customer outcomes, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty requirements.
