Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
* Organise and maintain spare parts stock, ensuring that all materials are readily available.
* Support the service team with various tasks as required, contributing to overall office efficiency.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computerised office applications.
* Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
