Job Description Nursery Room Leader | £28,200 | Level 3 Early Years Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a beautifully renovated nursery where learning through play is at the heart of everything they do. This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to lead a room, support a team, and create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can explore, develop, and thrive. Working 40 hours per week, the successful candidate will combine hands-on childcare with leadership responsibilities, making a real difference to both children and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent). Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development best practices. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Support, guide, and mentor a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care. Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support learning through play in line with the EYFS framework. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5. Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to reports and planning.
